YES!!! they still are calling even though I sent the check from my using on line banking system while they were on the phone- last month I updated my mailing addy on the phone and the bill still went the old addy and therefore is the reason the payment was late to begin with.- DOES THE LEFT HAND KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING?

I received a call from 423 467 6999 a few minutes ago. (September 30 @ 12:58 PM) I answered the phone with, "Hello" and the caller on the other end said, "Hello?" There was a long pause so I said, "May I help you?" The caller hung up. I don't have a clue who it was.

This is a consumer credit card. Mine is Home Depot, but it may be anyone else who uses Citibank as their bank, such as Best Buy, Lowes, etc... They are most likely calling on a past due consumer credit accout.

Caller ID said Citibank. I don't have Citibank!! Sounds like they are collecting money. So annoying!
