Reverse Phone Number Lookup

I filed a complaint with the FCC. They finally stopped calling. It took me just as long to file a complaint with them as I'm sure it took most of you to post on these forums. Do not let these people harass you. Contact the FCC ASAP.

Several prerecorded message calls on my cell phone re: Auto Warranty extension. It started on 1/14/08 and have now received about 15 calls total from the following numbers... 201-210-6001, 281-520-3761, 408-651-8199, 562-289-8136, 603-214-3589, 978-570-2225 Tonight, I filed a complaint with FCC and FTC.

I've received calls on my mobile phone from these guys for a few weeks now from several numbers. (562)289-8136, (281)520-3761, (586)218-1104, and (800)111-1114. Probably some more, too. I reported to the FCC. I will try to call back as others have suggested here. Too bad these guys can't be shut down quickly. What they're doing is clearly illegal.

They just keep calling, and calling and calling. I am really fed up. Can't get rid of them.

I have gotten two calls from this number, no message and when you call it back it never rings and it hangs up within ten seconds.

I have been getting the same calls from the same numbers as everyone here on my cell phone for the last month. I finally went ahead and talked to someone so I could say stop calling. The guy said he would make sure that they called me back!!! I said I want to speak to your manager and he said "NOPE, I will make sure we call you back." and hung up on me. There has to be some kind of legal matters with this kind of treatment from an already borderline legal company.

I've gotten several calls from these guys on my prepaid phone as well. The area code is from Long Beach Ca (or thereabouts) and you're right---there is something about a warranty. I looked it up and the toll free number is 18888988778 I think I was also removed from their calling list by calling the 562 number a couple of times to see who it was. The answering machine said something to that effect and then hung up on me. Anyway, hope this helps! It is annoying to get these calls, and I'm sure it is a scam.

I get a call every day in Spanish class at around 12:00 (on my mobile), when i try to call back to tell them to stop it says i am removed from preferred customer calling list!?

i have a small business so my cell # is listed, they have called me twice now. also i was doing a job in longveiw wa at a vacation house ans was expecting a call on the house phone from the owner and this scammer called twice. there needs to be some sort of legal means to shut these scammers down. 9-26-08

Just dial the number back and an automated system will answer, and you will be removed from the calling list. I've been getting calls from this number for weeks, and finally called back. Hopefully I won't hear from them again.

After about 5 or 6 calls over the past week (from this and a 632 and 281 number) I finally listened to the options and chose to speak to a representative to ask them to remove my number. She answered with "Could I have the make, model, and year of your vehicle?" to which I said "No....." I was about to say that I would like for them to remove my number but as soon as I said no, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

I keep getting them too. From what I have found out, it's a warrenty company trying to scam you into warrenty insurance for your car, house, whatever. They have been reported to the FCC, though I don't think they'll do anything unless enough people complain. This company evidently has several numbers that they use.
