This is a timeshare deal. They give you a 2 night stay at one of their hotels and and you have to attend a presentation. You are supposedly "guaranteed" one of three prizes, $25,000, a 4 night hotel stay, or a 27 inch tv. You get this call because you filled out a flyer for a prize at a movie theater, store, etc. and dropped it in the prize box.
