It's a collection agency. They "spoof" their real number so you can get several phone numbers with varying area codes from this company.

When I tried calling back, it did the same thing. The 2nd time I tried, it gave an 866 number to call.

I had this # on my caller ID but when I tried to call it back it would not connect. It is an outbound line only.
