Scam still operating as of 11/30/07 Keep calling the toll-free # 1-866-487-3280 X100 and occupy them so they can't take other calls; during off-hours leave goofy (or angry messages) to fill up their answerer or leave fake call-back #'s. Don't verbally abuse them or make physical threats. Tell them that we know where they operate and that the Feds are on their case, and go to https://www.donotcall.gov/ and file a complaint. Thanks.

Prize Claim Depatment is SOOOO busted... They are pulling a scam that is identical to the one that Craftmatic tried to pull: calling people from names and numbers on prize entry forms. But at least in Craftmatic's case, the entry forms were real. In Prize Claim Depatment's case, the entry forms are bogus. Here is a Washington Post news article By Jennifer C. Kerr, Associated Press, Thursday, November 8, 2007, Page D02, about what happened to Craftmatic (and hopefully what will hapen to Prize Claim Department): Federal regulators yesterday announced nearly $7.7 million in settlements with six companies accused of calling people on the national Do Not Call list. The Federal Trade Commission said Craftmatic Industries, a maker of adjustable beds, would pay the biggest penalty, $4.4 million. ADT Security Services agreed to a $2 million settlement, the FTC said. "By bringing enforcement actions like those announced today, we will ensure that the small number of bad actors pay a price for not adhering to the law and respecting consumers' privacy requests," said FTC Chairman Deborah Platt Majoras. Craftmatic and three of its subsidiaries were accused by the FTC of running a sweepstakes for a bed and using the phone number that consumers provided on the entry form to later make sales calls to entrants even though their numbers were on the Do Not Call list. Majoras said the company did not tell people that they'd be getting sales calls.

Jason Lee called me yesterday (November 13th). He's still trying to give that car away.......

got the call today with auto dialer message saying it is referring to the entry to win an SUV. Except I don't enter contests. name was Jason Lee and the extention is 100

Same with me he asks u your phone then you say why and he like hangs up immeditely!

October 8th ... received a call from 866 487 3280 X 100 Jason Lee ... asking us to call asap. it is in regards to a drawing about winning an SUV. I believe it is a scam.

Caller left message on answering machine, saying that I won a major prize and urge me to call him back asap. left his name as Jason Lee. I couldn't find a listing for the toll free number 8664873280. believe this is be a scam.

Don't do it!!!! SCAM from hell....
