888-296-5054 this the call I kept getting on my caller ID, it called every 15 minutes, when I woud answer the phone it would disconnect, It does not leave a message on you answering machine It disconnects the call. I reported this number to the do not call list and cancelled my credit card also to prevent a future charge of 79.00.

keyword= <follow all> performancehealthusa.com scam, buyer beware, folks go to your bank and do a a chargeback, and you will have to change your account number, this will work as im a an owner of a webhosting company and we run into these problems often. you must change your account # to stop the authorization from continuing. <follow all>thank you. folks do your homework on any online site by doing a search and typing in the company name and problems

this is so sad I can not believe how they advertise this ad online. i guess we were fool to try it. but to cancel your automatice payment you can't. So your screwed only if you call your bank or your call holder to stop payments. That is the only way. From now on look at the Bottom of your screen to see what the TERM says before ordering. Now we know how Oprah gets rich. Of us dummies that try the Free Trial. So call your bank to stop payments ASAP. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!

Before you ever order any products, look at the bottom of the term to see if they take out of your account automaticly. I didn't find out untell it was way too late. This does suck. I enroll very easy, but to unenroll it's not easy. But do call your account card you purchased on, ASAP. Call to cancell your automatic payments right away. This is uncool for Oprah to advertise online. No wonder she's RICH. Watch American read between the fine lines.

Received call regarding Oprahs Diet Secret, and offered a free sample, just that I would have to pay $3.95 for shipping and handleing. less then 10 days later I see a charge to my accout for $79.95. Which by the way was an unauthorized charge. I can't believe that Oprah would even have her name any where near a scam like this. I wonder if she even has any knowledge of what's really going on. Tryed to look up website given to me PerformanceHealthUSA.com but no luck, tryed to call back # on caller ID but only got a VM. This really sucks, but I am contesting to the charges and I do hope no one else gets caught up!!!!

I tried to cancel the order for the sample, I only received 10 pills only. I thought it sounded like a scam too, but was unable to stop the transaction during the process, but I've cancelled my card no and my bank will dispute all charges. I just have to monitor my account.

After being harrassed of phone calls after phone calls, They got my debit/credit card and said in 5-7 BUSINESS days that I'll receive the Hoodia capsules. My Diabetic and Neurological doctors said NOT to take it, so I tried to cancel. Left msges. at one number to no avail and after going on the web to check out www.performancehealthusa.com; was sent here! I'm on SSI/SSA and was DEVASTASTED over being scammed! I changed my card and they will dispute it for me on Monday. All this for some designer purses...SO NOT WORTH IT!!!!! If I could comprehend(part of my disability) better,well, I'd learned from experience. It's good to know others are out there also.

Same as all above. A charge is pending on my credit card of 84.90. On a greene Tea Pro product ,web site started out as an Oprah Winfrey Ultimate Tea product to lose extra body fat Oprah Winfrey endorsed this product GREEN TEA PRO. A Dr. Nicholas Perricone was a TV witness to this product. It is a scam. Tried to repond to website www.greentea.performancehealthusa.com to stop shipping and billing my card. NO RESPONSE> Also had several calls with no answer ,just hanged up on me.

I have been trying for days to cancel my order because I too only got 10 pills and then today I get a months supply. Everytime I went to the web site it said no longer working. I have tried 3 search engines and no good there. Then I got the number from someone here and called it and got an answering machine and left a message and my phone number but I don't expect to hear from them. I will keep calling until I get someone. This is a real rip off!!! I am going to call my credit card company tomorrow and see what they can do. These people need to be taught a lesson!!! I got the email below cancelling my "conveinent home delivery" after Julia, a girl at the wrong number above, helped me by cancelling my "free trial" at a site she could get to and I couldn't! WHAT A SCAM!! LET'S FIND SOMEONE TO INVESTIGATE THESE GUYS!! "This email has been sent as confirmation that your membership to the convenient home delivery plan has been cancelled. I just called 888-289-8740 and on the first try I reached customer service and canceled future shipments. They even gave me a confirmation number. I also checked with my bank and they said they will dispute future charges with this company's bank if it happens. Thanks

I found the real cancellation # - 888-289-8740!! But I called it literally hundreds of times in 3 days, and always got a busy signal. So, I called my credit card company and told them I couldn't get through to cancel and they notated my account. If the charge comes thro anyway after 10 days, they will dispute it for me!! My friend called her bank - she used a debit card - & told them she could not get thro to cancel - and they stopped the future payment of $79.95 - stop payment was free for debit card!! GOOD LUCK!!

The number 888-296-5054 as of 2/26/08 is no longer in service, operator tells you to check the number and dial again. I did get the sample of 10 pills, and realized it was a scam. Tried to cancel on-line but unable to. I used a debit card, but I am one step ahead of them, I have a debit card for only internet purchases, and I only put in the account the exact amount of purchase. I transfer money from my real checking account to the internet account. All that was in that account was $4.00. I also am on the national do not call registrar. I hope that helps some of you. Always have a separate debit card for just internet purchases, and only put in that account exact amount of purchase. I Hope there is no other way they can try to get their $79.00 a mo. I will still go to bank and get a new debit card for my internet account # just in case weeks or months from now they try that acount again.

I have also had problems I was offered a bottle of 90 capsules and had to pay shipping only. When I received them there were only 10 in the bottle. They also had no paper work with the product only the name on the bottle performance health usa. I looked everywhere and could not find this company that is what put up red flags, how would I order more if I liked the product, when I went to my bank account I had found they had debited $79.95. I immedialtly called and canceled my debit card, per my bank the only way to stop them is by canceling the credit or debit card that was used and getting a new number.

They have called several times within a few hours. They were there but did not speak. Once they asked my wife for me and she advised I was unavailable. The voice sounded Asian. Then they just hang up. I believe that they are connected with a Green Tea Scam. Billing Credit card but no product received. Company could be Performance Health USA, LLC. This is somehow involved in a scam. When I started questioning the caller he hung up. My credit card has been charged by these guys, I don't know how, but my credit card company called us suspecting fraud. We've cancelled all the cards. Bottom line, this phone number is used for fraud. Have nothing to do with it!!!
